Chapter 01
Standard Inclusions
In every Ghosal Experiences wedding venue with lodging on-site, you will receive:
- Multiple nights of on-site lodging for your group
- Access to your venue's on-site amenities during your stay
- Full-day access to your ceremony and reception spaces
- Tables, chairs, and a decorative arch — set up before your arrival and removed after your departure by Ghosal Experiences
Chapter 02
Venue-Specific Amenities
As one of the few mountain wedding venues in Tennessee built around this all-inclusive model, each Ghosal property bundles in a slightly different set of amenities alongside the shared essentials above.
Elegant Elite Estate
A 12-bedroom, 12-bathroom mansion near Pigeon Forge that sleeps up to 40 guests, all under one roof.

- — Pool table, ping pong table, and arcade games
- — Fully stocked main kitchen with two refrigerators, plus a kitchenette under the deck
- — Washer and dryer
- — Overflow parking on-site
The Grand Haven
A two-cabin property on Bluff Mountain, sleeping up to 24 guests across a 4-bedroom and a 5-bedroom cabin.
- — Indoor heated pool and hot tubs across both cabins
- — Private movie theater and game room
- — Multiple scenic photo locations throughout the property
- — Large kitchens and dining areas for group meals
The Grand Sojourn
A village of 37 tiny homes near Sevierville, each sleeping 2–4 guests and connected by walking paths.
- — Private bath and kitchenette in every tiny home
- — Access to the property's pickleball court, firepits, and walking paths
- — Serving kiosk with a kitchen and private access
- — Indoor Welcome Center for reception
- — Mountain views overlooking Mount LeConte

Some things aren't included in the base venue fee but can be added:
Outside rental companies
Couples may hire outside rental companies for additional furnishings or equipment; all rental items must be removed from the property by checkout.
Indoor reception space (The Grand Haven only)
Available for up to 40 guests for an additional setup fee.
Additional lodging (The Grand Haven only)
Nearby properties available to extend lodging up to 60 guests.

Questions to Resolve Before You Book
These affect your total budget beyond the base venue fee:
Will you need outside rentals (tent, additional furniture)? These aren't included in the venue rate.
Does your event need a licensed bartender? Required for groups over 30 guests.
Will all your guests stay on-site, or will some need off-site lodging?
Do you have a decor plan that needs pre-approval (signage, electrical, installed rentals)?
Have you budgeted for event liability insurance and the refundable $500 security deposit?

Guidelines & Responsibilities
Beyond the venue itself, a wedding weekend involves a few moving pieces. Some logistics are on us, some are on you, and a few need a quick check-in with our team before you move forward.
Ghosal Experiences Handles
- Setup of tables, chairs, and the decorative arch before your arrival
- Removal of those same items after your departure
- Providing a list of preferred and vetted vendors
- Disposing of trash in designated bins
You (and Your Vendors) Handle
- — Providing a list of your chosen outside vendors 60 days before the event
- — Following venue decor guidelines
- — Removing any outside rental items before checkout
- — Securing event liability insurance (minimum $1M, $2M if alcohol is served), with proof provided 30 days before the event
- — Arranging a licensed, insured bartender if your event has more than 30 guests
Confirm with Us First
- ! Any decorations, signage, electrical setups, or construction beyond standard decor
- ! Tents and installed rentals must be approved before you pay for them
- ! Your outside vendor list (submitted 60 days prior)
Decor Guidelines
- — No tape, push-pins, nails, or staples on walls or wooden columns
- — Nothing hung from ceilings, light fixtures, or beams — decorations must be freestanding
- — No candles or open flames indoors
- — No confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed, string, floating lanterns, fireworks, or sparklers indoors or outdoors
- — Balloons allowed indoors only, removed by the end of the event (no releases)
- — Real flowers/petals: outdoor use only. Silk petals: indoor use only
Arrival & Departure
Elegant Elite Estate
Check-in at 5:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM the following day. Early arrival beyond a 30-minute grace period may affect your security deposit.
The Grand Haven & The Grand Sojourn
Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed at booking.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you provide linens? +
No, linens are not provided at any of our venues.
When is the security deposit returned? +
The $500 refundable security deposit is returned within 30 days of your event, provided there's no damage to the property.
Can we bring our own vendors? +
Yes. All three venues allow outside vendors, but your vendor list must be submitted 60 days before your event.
What if we need to rent a tent or extra furniture? +
Outside rental companies are welcome. All rental items must be removed from the property before checkout.
