Lodging and Venue in One
At Ghosal Experiences, every property is a wedding venue with lodging on site. Your venue fee includes multiple nights of on-site lodging for your entire wedding party — you're not paying separately for a venue and then shopping for a hotel block. Every package also includes full venue access for your ceremony and reception, with the flexibility to bring your own vendors and no in-house catering requirements.
How Each Property Prices
Elegant Elite Estate and The Grand Haven each price as a flat weekend or weekday package, regardless of your exact headcount.
The Grand Sojourn prices differently. The venue and lodging are calculated separately, so your total depends on how many tiny home units you book rather than a single flat rate.
Elegant Elite Estate
A 12-bedroom estate near Pigeon Forge with space for up to 60 guests, outdoor ceremony setup, indoor reception options for up to 40 guests, and lodging for up to 40 guests for 3 nights.

The Grand Haven
A mountain-view wedding venue with a ceremony deck for up to 60 guests. On-site lodging includes one 4-bedroom and one 5-bedroom cabin, sleeping up to 24 guests for 3 nights.

- — 3 nights of on-site lodging for 24 guests (additional lodging available up to 60)
- — Indoor pool, theater, game room, and hot tubs for both cabins
- — Multiple scenic photo locations throughout the property
- — Large outdoor spaces for cocktail hour and activities
- — Large kitchens and dining areas for group meals
- — Optional indoor reception space for up to 40 guests (additional setup fee applies)
The Grand Sojourn
Host your wedding in a scenic tiny home village with mountain views, private guest lodging, and an indoor reception space.
This package includes
- — 1-day rental of the outdoor ceremony deck
- — Access to pickleball court, fire pits, and walking paths
- — Serving kiosk with kitchen and private access to the indoor reception area's nearby outside kitchen
- — Ceremony & reception capacity for up to 60 guests
- — Indoor ceremony and reception rain plan option at no additional fee
- — Mountain views overlooking Mount LeConte
- — Private guest lodging within walking distance of all event spaces

Payment & Deposits

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the price include lodging?

Yes. Elegant Elite Estate and The Grand Haven packages include 3 nights of on-site lodging for your group. The Grand Sojourn's lodging is priced separately but requires a 15-tiny-home minimum.
Do you allow venue-only rentals?

No. All three Ghosal properties are booked as full packages that include on-site lodging. We don't offer the venue space on its own.
What's your event insurance policy?

Event liability insurance is required for all on-site weddings. We provide a link to Event Helper to make this easy to arrange. Trip or cancellation insurance is recommended but not required.
Is the cost different for a weekday vs. weekend wedding?

Yes, all three venues offer lower weekday rates, and many outside vendors offer weekday discounts as well.
When is the least expensive time to book?

A weekday wedding in January, February, March, or December offers the lowest rates across all three properties.
