The Grand Haven offers a unique wedding experience for couples who want to keep family and friends together throughout the weekend while still giving everyone their own private accommodations.
Unlike a single large cabin where everyone shares the same living spaces, The Grand Haven is a private mountain community consisting of five luxury cabins within walking distance of one another. Wedding packages include two cabins (a 4-bedroom and 5-bedroom cabin) with accommodations for up to 24 overnight guests, while the remaining cabins can be added to accommodate up to 60 overnight guests.
Each cabin includes private bedrooms, spacious gathering areas, entertainment amenities, and fully equipped kitchens, allowing individual families or groups to enjoy their own space while remaining just steps from the ceremony and shared wedding activities.
A Wedding Weekend in a Private Cabin Community
One of the biggest advantages of The Grand Haven is the flexibility to host your entire wedding weekend within one private mountain community. Guests can stay in separate cabins while remaining within walking distance of one another and the property’s shared event spaces.
From welcome gatherings and rehearsal dinners to getting ready, the ceremony and reception, evening bonfires, and post-wedding breakfasts, the property provides a setting for every part of the celebration without requiring guests to drive between wedding events.
Shared Gathering Spaces
Outdoor Ceremony & Reception Deck
The centerpiece of the property is the private mountain-view ceremony deck overlooking Bluff Mountain and the surrounding Smoky Mountains. The deck accommodates up to 60 guests for both ceremonies and outdoor receptions and offers panoramic mountain views for wedding photos throughout the day.
Large Backyards
Large open lawn areas provide additional space for guests to mingle before and after the ceremony, play lawn games, or simply enjoy the mountain setting. The landscaped grounds also create several scenic locations for family portraits and wedding photography.
Fully Equipped Kitchens
Each cabin features a fully equipped kitchen with cookware and essentials for preparing and serving meals throughout the wedding weekend. Kitchens include pots and pans, mixing bowls, baking pans, knives, cutting boards, serving utensils, and other everyday cooking essentials, along with generous countertop space and full-size appliances for group meals, catering setup, or food pickup.
Dining & Indoor Reception Space
The cabins feature spacious open living and dining areas where guests can gather for meals, rehearsal dinners, and other wedding weekend activities. With advance planning, the expansive living and dining space in a designated cabin can be converted into an indoor reception layout for up to 60 guests, providing an additional reception option or convenient rain plan for an additional setup fee.
Game Rooms
The cabins feature dedicated game rooms with entertainment for guests of all ages, including billiards, ping pong, and other games. These spaces provide an easy place for families and friends to spend time together between wedding events.
Spacious Living Areas
Expansive living areas throughout the cabins provide comfortable spaces for lounging, conversation, and spending time together. Guests can gather between scheduled events while still having plenty of room to spread out and enjoy their own space.
Reception & Dining
The Grand Haven offers flexible dining options throughout your wedding weekend.
Each cabin features a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, storing groceries, or serving catered food. Couples can hire a local caterer, prepare meals on-site, or coordinate restaurant pickup from nearby Pigeon Forge.
For outdoor weddings, the ceremony deck also serves as the reception space for up to 60 guests. Indoor receptions can also be accommodated inside one of the cabins with advance planning and an additional setup fee.
This flexibility allows couples to choose the dining style that best fits their wedding, whether that’s a catered dinner, buffet, family-style meal, or casual cookout.

4-Bedroom Cabin | Sleeps 12 This cabin features three king bedrooms, one queen bunk bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. Guests also have access to a private indoor pool, hot tub, movie theater, game room, and full kitchen.
5-Bedroom Cabin | Sleeps 12 This cabin features five king bedrooms and two queen sleeper sofas, along with a private indoor pool, hot tub, movie theater, game room, and full kitchen.
Optional Add-On Cabins
Three additional luxury cabins are available for larger groups, allowing the full Grand Haven community to accommodate up to 60 overnight guests. Each cabin offers private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a full kitchen, indoor pool, hot tub, movie theater, and game room.
Parking & Guest Logistics
Each cabin includes dedicated on-site parking for overnight guests, with additional parking available throughout the community when reserving multiple cabins.
Because the cabins, ceremony deck, and gathering spaces are all located within the same private community, guests can arrive, park, and walk between wedding events throughout the weekend. This creates a relaxed atmosphere while minimizing transportation and allowing everyone to spend more time together celebrating.
